About The Author

Amy created TriChicks in 2015 and brings over 10 years of coaching and racing experience. She holds a BSc Exercise & Sports Science, a Graduate Diploma in Physical Education/Health and is a Development Triathlon Coach. In 2018, Amy was awarded Club Coach of the Year from Triathlon Victoria. During her time as an athlete, she was named WA Triathlete of the Year in her age group for Short Course, qualified for both the Short and Long Course World Championships, and took out 2nd place in her first Ironman for her age group. Her mission is to help educate, empower and help women achieve their triathlon goals, and lower the barrier of entry for women to the sport.
